How It’s Built: Two Part Hull Mold

Did you know that our hulls start as two parts that are combined after the initial layers of gelcoat and fiberglass are applied? The two part mold allows us the release the finished hull which would otherwise be stuck due to the signature plank lines being convex on the mold.
