How it’s Built: How we make our decks

All of our American Tug decks are build as a single part. This eliminates seams that can leak in the future and provides tremendous strength to our boats. Notice that the windows and doors are cut out later in the process. Shown is a 435 deck in the foreground and the 435 deck mold in the background.
